Natasha is a guide for those seeking gentle yet transformative support for their body, mind, and spirit. She believes the body holds its own wisdom, and her work creates a safe, nurturing space for it to be heard. Her sessions are a blend of grounded care and soulful presence, helping to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with natural rhythms.
Natasha brings a rich foundation of training and experience to her work:
Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master — guiding energy with skill, compassion, and intuition.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher (RYT200) — integrating somatic awareness, breath, and mindful movement.
600-Hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor — completed coursework in understanding body-mind constitution, lifestyle alignment, and holistic wellness at Kerala Ayurveda Academy USA.
Through this unique combination of skills, Natasha blends energy, sound, aromatic, and somatic practices into each session. Her approach is intuitive, trauma-informed, and deeply nurturing, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in returning to balance.
Natasha’s mission with Movewise Wellness is simple: to create a space where real-life humans can soften, breathe, and receive subtle medicine for their soul.

A calming reset to support balance, grounding, and nervous system restoration.
90-Minute Deep Healing Journey — $115
A deeper immersion including extended energy work, sound healing, and intentional integration — perfect when you’re ready to soften, unravel, and receive.
Virtual sessions are available and just as intentionally held.
